Do you have a friend or neighbor who is thinking of making a move?
As you know, even thinking about moving can be a potentially stressful experience. There are so many details to think about: listing a current property, shopping for a new home, getting financing, checking out local schools, the list goes on and on.
So it's natural for you to want to help in some way.
That's where I can help you.
Please feel free to give your friend or neighbor my name. I'll answer any questions and concerns they have, and suggest ways to make the home selling and buying process rewarding and trouble-free. (Even fun!)
And, of course, I promise to do this without making them feel pressured in any way to use my services.
Call or email me anytime.
"How much could we get for our home on today's market?"
You probably ask yourself that question from time to time, even if you're not seriously thinking about making a move.
Why not find out?
Call or email me anytime. I'd be happy to give you a rough idea of the current market value of your home, based on what similar properties in your area have sold for recently.
It's good information to know!
And, of course, there's no cost or obligation of any kind for this service. It's just one of the many ways I help my friends and past clients -- whether during a move, or in the months and years in between.
Call or email me anytime.
I hope you're doing well.
You know, many of my friends and past clients have no plans to move in the near future. Still, some wonder what their homes would sell for in today's market. It's like owning any kind of investment. You don't necessarily want to part with it, but you still want to know what it's worth!
So if you're curious about the current market value of your home, give me a call. I'd be happy to provide you with that information, which would largely be based on what similar homes in your area have sold for recently.
In fact, please feel free to call or email me with any questions you have regarding real estate.
Always glad to help!
Do you know what the most popular websites are these days?
Social media sites. You've heard the names before: Facebook, Flickr, Twitter. These are essentially online water coolers where people meet and chat.
The technology may be new, but the concept isn't. Whether it's on a social media site or at a dinner party with friends, people naturally get together and talk.
And, sometimes, the talk turns to the topic of real estate.
Think about it. How many times during the past year or so have you chatted with someone who is buying or selling a home, or at least thinking about it? Once? Twice? Three or four times?
If fact, you may have even been asked, "Do you happen to know a good REALTOR®?"
When that happens, I hope you'll think of me.
As you may know, I build my business on referrals. So please feel free to pass along my name.
I promise I'll treat everyone you recommend me to very, very well.
I hope you're doing well! I wanted to touch base briefly to talk to you about offers.
Ideally, when you put your home on the market, you want someone to make a firm offer. That means the buyer offers you a certain price and you decide whether to accept it, reject it, or make a counter-offer.
That can be a tough decision to make.
But what happens if a buyer makes you a conditional offer? For example, an offer that's conditional on him selling his own property for a certain price?
Now things have gotten really complicated!
Don't worry. I have a lot of experience dealing with all kinds of offers and, should we work together, can get the best price and terms for you.
Please call or email me anytime.
A homeowner once asked me, "What's the most important quality to look for in a REALTOR®?"
What a great question! There are a lot of qualities you want in a real estate professional:
-A friendly, caring attitude.
-Strong sales, marketing and negotiation skills.
-A track record of satisfied customers.
-An organized approached to taking care of all the details.
-A network of professionals. (Lawyers, contractors, movers, etc.)
-This list goes on and on. But if I were to choose one it would be this: Listening.
A good REALTOR® really listens to the client’s concerns and desires, so that the entire selling experience is quick, rewarding and trouble-free for them.
So if you want to work with that kind of agent, give me a call or email. I'll listen, really listen, to what you want from your home selling experience, and then make sure that happens for you.
